The Brief:

Make a better use of a serious of voluminous spaces and create a defined family space and to create an aesthetic front appearance.

The Solution:

The client wanted to have a more defined kitchen/living space area that overlooked the garden. The previous layout was constricted of this and did not have that intimate space. We extended out and added roof lights to create additional light coming into the new space. The client also wanted to have a modern look to the appearance of the house since it looked dated. We developed internal joinery items for storage and multi media while helping the client specify the flooring, lighting and soft furnishings. The results are spectacular.

Create a modern front porch look whilst utilising the internal space to create a useable kitchen space.

The Solution:

The existing kitchen was restricted and the garage was not utilised to its full potential. We extended out to the side to create a more useable kitchen space whilst creating additional bedroom space for a growing family. We extended out, created a more defined modern look and created what the client wanted. The results are spectacular.

The Brief:

Create a useable functional bathroom for an elder family whilst creating a new loft liveable space.

The Solution:

The landing area was restricted to create a new staircase for the bedroom, which we utilished to create a nice circulation area towards the new loft bedroom area. The client wanted to keep to the existing style and design whilst creating additional space for the occupants.
